2010 Junior Miss Rodeo Washington

Hi! My name is Madison Wagner, and I am your 2010 Jr. Miss Rodeo Washington. Winning this title meant a lot to me, and I am so excited to see what this next year will hold. Maybe I should tell you a little bit about my rodeo background.

I live in Naches Washington, and have 6 horses on my family’s 30 acre ranch. When I first started riding, it was in the Pee-Wee division at our local Barrel Racing club, on a family friend’s horse, named Trixi. When I was 5 years old, I got my first horse named Feather. We enjoyed racing together for 3 years. My next horse was named Missy. She was a great horse to learn on, and we are still burnin’ it up today. Just a few months ago, I got a horse named Okie. We are still learning, but I am excited to start the new year! We also have a paint horse named Billy, and my Mom’s horse, Blue.

As you can see, the sport of rodeo has been so big in my life, and I am excited and ready to give back to the sport that gave so much to me. 

 

Miss Rodeo Washington Association is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization dedicated to promoting youth by providing scholarship awards and the opportunity to represent the western way of life, the sport of professional rodeo, and the State of Washington.
